1. Control object: 1 vacuum pump

3. Working mode: there are two working modes: automatic and manual.

4. Working principle: detect the water level of the reservoir through the water level detection sensor. When the water level is at position 1, start one water pump. When the water level reaches position 2, start two water pumps; When the water level reaches 3, start three water pumps. When the water level drops to 0, stop the started water pumps.

In the drainage system, in order to make each water pump work frequently, four working modes are adopted (i.e. changing the starting priority of the four water pumps), so that each water pump can work frequently.

There is also a problem of the cost of Valley peak power supply in the mine. The drainage system requires the water tank to store water as much as possible during the day and use the method of night drainage. At this time, the working mode can be set to automatic state.

Starting process of water pump: when the liquid level meets the starting conditions, open the jet valve. Through the detection of negative pressure sensor, the jet valve is opened within 60 seconds. When the negative pressure sensor reaches the starting value, start the water pump and close the jet valve after 2 seconds; If the negative pressure sensor fails to reach the starting value within 60 minutes after the jet valve is opened, close the jet valve, open the vacuum valve, start the vacuum pump at the same time, make the negative pressure sensor reach the starting value, start the water pump, close the vacuum valve and vacuum pump in two seconds, and start the solenoid valve after 10 seconds after the water pump is started;

After the water pump is fully started, if the value measured by the current sensor during the operation of the water pump is less than 75% of the rated value, it is judged that the water pump is no-load, close the solenoid valve, stop the water pump and restart the water pump. After restart, if the current value is still less than 75% of the rated value, it is judged that the water pump is faulty, give an alarm signal, stop the water pump and start the next level of water pump, Cycle in turn until normal drainage is achieved.

5. Starting conditions of water pump: water level, temperature sensor, negative pressure sensor, start and stop buttons, manual and automatic buttons, auxiliary contacts of circuit breaker; Selection of working mode.

8. Manual operation sequence steps:

A: Turn the change-over switch to the manual state, operate in the field control cabinet, start and stop the water pump / start and stop the vacuum valve / switch the electric valve / start and stop the vacuum pump. Since there is a certain operation sequence for the start and stop of the main drainage pump, the manual operation sequence steps are listed below:

During the operation of the water pump, PLC will monitor the water level sensor / current sensor / temperature sensor / negative pressure sensor in real time, and display the monitoring value on the upper computer in real time. When the water level reaches a high level, the temperature exceeds the set value, and the current is abnormal, the upper computer will display the alarm information. In the automatic state, the program will stop the corresponding equipment according to the situation. At the same time, there is a buzzer alarm on the site to prompt the on-site operator. Press the alarm reset button to stop the buzzer alarm. In the manual state, the on-site operator should deal with it according to the alarm information.
